Shipping policy

Our shop hours are Monday to Saturday by appointment only in studio. Our postal days are Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

• Mega Heavy Haulage offers Free Express delivery for all orders over $100 Sent via Aramex, Australia Post
• $10.00 delivery on orders under $100
• Order before 12pm AEST Monday-Friday and your order will be sent same day
• Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched next business day
• You will be received and email with tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed in our warehouse
• Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 business days, Regional areas can take 5-7 business days
• We offer several shipping options, Aramex, Australia Post , most offering next day delivery to selected postcodes
• Once a parcel leaves our warehouse Mega Heavy Haulage are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit
